Regions Hospital Nursing Supervisor, Emergency Department in St. Paul, Minnesota
Are you an experienced Emergency Department RN ready to take the next step in leadership? Regions Hospital is seeking a motivated RN Supervisor - Emergency Department to support our dynamic ED team and help drive exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The RN Supervisor - Emergency Department facilitates the effective operation of the Emergency Department by providing clinical leadership, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care. This role promotes collaboration through effective communication, maintains a strong working knowledge of departmental and hospital policies, and fosters positive working relationships with nursing staff, medical staff, and ancillary departments. The RN Supervisor utilizes evidence-based nursing practices and advanced problem-solving skills to support clinical and operational excellence. Work Schedule: M-F, variable 10-hour shifts and on-call rotation. Minimum Qualifications: Education & Experience: Four years of experience as a Emergency Registered Nurse Completion of accredited Associate degree in Nursing. And a bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education, Business, Health Sciences, Behavioral Science, Life Science, or approved field OR currently enrolled in a healthcare related Baccalaureate degree program with an established date of completion required. OR Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Certification: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State of Minnesota BLS ACLS TNCC ENPC/PALS Professional Emergency Nursing Certification (CEN or CPEN) within 1 year of hire.
