This position is eligible for telework for applicants who reside in Minnesota or in a bordering state, with supervisory approval and satisfactory performance. If you live in a state bordering Minnesota, you must live within 50 miles or less from the primary work location to be eligible for telework.
This position provides technical support for the Integrated Health Partnerships (IHP) Program, and as needed for other health care payment and delivery system reform projects. The position works closely with members of the Care Delivery and Payment Reform (CDPR) team to assist with IHP analyses and report development, evaluate IHP quality components, and to research emerging trends in value-based purchasing strategies locally and nationally.
Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) years professional experience developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining technical reports as well as assisting with the analysis of reports
Experience must demonstrate:
- Understanding of the health services delivery system
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL, SAS, or other programming languages
Experience with data visualization tools
Advanced excel knowledge
knowledge about payment and care delivery reform efforts
Knowledge of quality measurement in health care
Knowledge of value-based purchasing strategies
Awareness of MN’s fee-for-service and managed care delivery systems, payment mechanisms and costs
Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
