As a Grants Quality and Integrity Coordinator, you will serve as the central point of contact for coordinating contract and grant integrity checks and supporting agency compliance with statutory requirements.
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Develop, implement, and administer a program that ensures individuals and entities excluded under Minnesota Statues, section 245.095, do not receive public funds through Department of Human Services (DHS) grants or contracts.
Administer and oversee a centralized program aligned with the Limits on Public Funds statutory requirements, including standardized processes and a system for receiving, tracking, investigating, reporting, and mitigating risks related to contract and grant integrity checks.
Conduct and manage quality and integrity checks on grants and contracts as requested by the enterprise.
Utilize a variety of data sources to collect, analyze, and report relevant information.
Coordinate and support additional grant monitoring activities and quality checks as determined necessary to support program integrity, compliance, and risk mitigation efforts.
Minimum Qualifications

Three (3) years experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related field.
Experience must demonstrate:
Investigation experience in the area of compliance or a related field.
Developing and implementing programs, policies, and/or procedures.
Risk management and internal control experience.
Analyzing and interpreting data.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with state and federal grant and contract regulations and compliance requirements.
Knowledge and experience in assessing and evaluating functions using the United States Government Accountability Office Standards for Internal Control in the Federal Government to internal control work (aka “the Green Book”) in practical situations.
Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
