Pacelli Insurance Customer Service Representative/ Agent in St. Mary's, Pennsylvania
Local insurance agency looking to hire a Full-Time Customer Service Representative/Agent. Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
*The ideal candidate shall possess strong skills in customer service, sales, multi-tasking, and computers. Candidate must also have strong communication skills, writing skills and present a well-rounded personality and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. *
Job duties to include but not limited to: greeting of customers, contacting clients, taking payments, quotes for auto and homeowner policies, problems solving, billing issues. Must be reliable, able to work both independently and as a team.
Candidate must be willing to study and test to obtain a license for an agent position prior to hire. You will be reimbursed for study materials once you pass the license test. Competitive wages; based on experience.
