Our client, a Life Sciences and Biotechnology organization, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Research & Development department supporting Product Development and R&D Scientists. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Lab Technician
Location: St. Louis, MO 63103
Pay Range: $22–$25/hour
What’s the Job?
Perform laboratory testing such as immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA, and other assays to support product development
Assist R&D scientists with experimental work and testing activities
Maintain laboratory housekeeping, equipment operation, and scheduled calibration
Complete documentation and paperwork in compliance with GDP standards
Support the creation and maintenance of Design History Files (DHF)
What’s Needed?
Experience with immunohistochemistry (IHC) and FFPE samples
Laboratory experience in an R&D or product development environment
Ability to perform ELISA and other relevant laboratory tests
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
