ManpowerGroup Sr. Art Director in St. Louis, Missouri
Our client, a leading creative and branding organization, is seeking a Sr. Art Director to join their dynamic team. As a Sr. Art Director, you will be an integral part of the creative department supporting marketing and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Sr. Art Director
Location: Hybrid role based in Saint Louis, with work from Monday to Thursday in-office and Fridays at home. The environment is pet-friendly, fostering a welcoming and inclusive workspace.
What's the Job?
Design and execute traditional and digital communications with excellent design capabilities and a complete understanding of the consumer/user.
Exercise quality control of design recommendations and executions to ensure high standards.
Operate with a degree of autonomy by receiving project assignments, completing on time, understanding direction, and applying feedback effectively.
Credibly represent and present your own work to internal teams and clients, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
Collaborate effectively with Account Managers, Strategy teams, fellow creatives, internal and external partners, and vendors to produce compelling creative solutions.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree with a design emphasis preferred or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience working as an Art Director or in a similar creative role.
Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma for both digital and print design.
Solid understanding of designing for traditional channels and digital platforms, including social media, ecommerce, digital display advertising, and retailer digital advertising.
Proficiency in typography and basic motion design skills, including After Effects and animated GIFs; additional After Effects experience is a plus.
