Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the strategic project management team supporting various initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Saint Louis, MO (Onsite)

What's the Job?

• Coordinate multiple streams of work, timelines, and dependencies across projects and strategic initiatives

• Manage the lifecycle of programs ensuring delivery is on track and risks are mitigated

• Drive project intake, ideation, briefing, build, launch, and post-launch activities

• Organize resources and documentation to support project execution

• Lead activation status forums, including agenda setting, readiness reviews, and decision-making processes

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years experience in project or program management

• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Workfront

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

• Strong operational management and leadership skills

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
