Project Manager Assistant

As ourProject Manager Assistant.you will be a key player inassisting multiple project managers on effectively completing procedures, paperwork and activities associated with project needs. A portion of this work will be working with meeting the demands of contract agreements used in the procurement, marketing, sales and services provided as an electrical contractor.

Your Impact:

• Coordinate and plan efforts to effectively complete paperwork associated with assigned projects and maintaining a smooth workflow.
• Assist with coordinating, reviewing, revising, negotiating, drafting and maintaining of contract agreements.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all customer invoicing, with a high concentration on contracts and subcontracts; interface with company project managers and external customers to obtain information required for billing.
• Assist with the preparation of subcontracts; track changes, prepare and maintain files, assist in issuing change orders, and monitoring project status.
• Assist with submittal of permit applications and inspection requests; submittal of shop drawings, samples, cut sheets and as-builts.
• Reconcile extra work authorizations with project change orders; prepare special billing formats for invoicing, recalculate and proof unbilled receivables reports; and additional responsibilities associated with expenses and billing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in business administration, construction management, or related field of study(or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience working in Construction, Engineering and/or Architecture.
• Preferred experience working for an electrical construction contractor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, Accubid.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to complete assigned takes accurately with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail, self-reliant, ability to balance workload, professional & positive attitude!
