ManpowerGroup People Operations HR Manager in St. Louis, Missouri

Our client, a dynamic organization in the manufacturing and technology sector, is seeking a People Operations HR Manager to join their team. As a People Operations HR Manager, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting organizational growth and employee development. The ideal candidate will have proactive problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for building inclusive, scalable HR systems which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: People Operations HR Manager

Location:St. Louis, Missouri

Pay Range: $90,000-125,000

What's the Job?

  • Drive the evolution from a company to a corporation through modernized HR frameworks, infrastructure, and people-centric programs.

  • Implement scalable learning and development initiatives, including the rollout of a company-wide Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Establish a digital policy library to ensure continuous updates and easy employee access.

  • Lead role reviews, organizational planning, and performance review formats to support rapid headcount growth.

  • Support full-cycle recruiting for various roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and standardized processes.

What's Needed?

  • 5–7+ years of HR experience, preferably in large organizations with 200–1,000+ employees.

  • Strong experience in recruiting across multiple functions and data-driven HR decision making.

  • Experience working with or implementing HRIS platforms, with NetSuite integration exposure being a plus.

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-growing environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
