What you´ll do
Planning & Scheduling: Creating daily, weekly, and long-range maintenance plans to minimize production downtime. Building schedules out a month in advance.
Workflow Coordination: Managing the maintenance backlog and reviewing, prioritizing, and scheduling work orders.
Material Management: Ordering spare parts, managing inventory, and ensuring required materials are available before job execution.
Field Support: Conducting field walkdowns to define work scopes, ensuring safety, and identifying necessary resources.
Shutdown Planning: Coordinating plant-wide shutdowns and turnarounds.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records in the CMMS (e.g., SAP), including technical data and maintenance history.
What makes you a good fit
Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module or similar CMMS.
Knowledge of chemical plant equipment (pumps, valves, piping, instrumentation).
Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, Process Safety Management).
Technical background (mechanical or instrumentation/electrical).
Effective communication across departments.
Strong organizational and troubleshooting abilities.
Project management skills, specifically in planning and scheduling.

The salary for this role is $85,000 - $100,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
