As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will manage all administrative HR functions for the GardaWorld Security Services branch team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Competitive Salary: $22 - $23 / hour
Work Site Location: St. Louis, MO
Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.

Your Responsibilities
Candidate Management:
Interact positively with applicants
Manage applicants through the tracking system
Screen, interview, and extend job offers
Conduct new-employee orientations
Administer drug screens, fingerprinting, and background checks
Schedule employee orientation and enroll in the Learning Management System
Communicate benefits to new hires and during open enrollment
Review training hours reports for payroll accuracy
Maintain candidate records in WinTeam
Employee Management:
Build and maintain employment records
Manage uniforms and inventory
Verify licenses and compliance
Issue employee name badges
Process terminations and handle unemployment claims
Monitor driver compliance
Maintain data integrity in WinTeam
Other Responsibilities
Coordinate employee engagement efforts
Maintain OSHA documentation and support EEO-1 reporting
Communicate employment law changes
Facilitate safety and workers’ compensation programs
Support walk-in applicants and employees
Answer branch phones as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Tech-savvy with experience in various systems
Must be at least 21 years old
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Pass an extensive screening process
