Rate: $55.00 to $65.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and translate CMMC Level 2 compliance requirements into technology requirements for IT, Engineering, and Security teams.

  • Coordinate with compliance experts and information security teams to produce comprehensive requirements, procedures, and evidence to meet control objectives.

  • Partner with architects to align with enclave strategy and boundary to create capability and functional requirements.

  • Develop an understanding of FCI and CUI and facilitate discovery and documentation of related data flows.

  • Facilitate evaluation of technology platforms against requirements to drive gap analysis and remediation planning.

  • Analyze partner operations to understand FCI and CUI usage and identify process, function, and system changes to meet compliance objectives.

  • Oversee implementation activities, coordinate testing, and observe system initiation to validate achievement of objectives.

  • Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure common understanding of requirements and outcomes.

Experience Requirements:

  • Eight years of business systems or IT-related experience.

  • Knowledge of CMMC Level 2 controls and control objectives.

  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and identify business problems and opportunities.

  • Proficiency with software applications such as Word and Excel.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to engage all levels of management and personnel.

  • Proven ability to lead business systems analysis and requirements activities for enterprise-scale, multi-workstream programs (preferred).

  • Experience with CMMC Level 2 readiness or certification, or NIST SP 800-171 implementation in an enterprise environment (preferred).

  • Salesforce platform familiarity (preferred).

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
