Description Bookkeeper Our company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on an ongoing basis. Key Responsibilities: Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare invoices, track payments, and manage collections Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Generate financial reports and summaries Maintain and organize supporting documentation for audits and compliance Collaborate with the accounting and finance team on special projects as needed Why Join Us? Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant coursework in accounting preferred Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities
