A DAY IN THE LIFE
Receiving, verifying, and processing overhead invoices from vendors and suppliers throughout the month
Reconciling accounts payable records with the general ledger to ensure accuracy while identifying and resolving any discrepancies
Work on a daily basis with the vendors and industry partners on issues with billing and payments
Reviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies and are properly documented.
Work on a variety of miscellaneous issues delegated by Accounting team
Develop and maintain positive relations with the Accounting team and Project Managers
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma required
0-2 years of accounting experience
Must possess effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion
Able to work effectively under deadlines and high pressure.
Ability to work with and build relationships with a wide variety of people
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Knowledge of Viewpoint and Keystyle is a plus
