POSITION SUMMARY

The position’s main function is the efficient cleaning of the back of house area in order to ensure the hygiene of the kitchen and stewarding areas.

• Cleaning of the back of the house areas

• Ensuring high level of hygiene in the kitchen as well as stewarding areas.

• Washing of posts, china, silverware and kitchen equipment.
