The Emergency Nurse Internship Program, or ENIP is an opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills to transition into an ED setting. We are seeking motivated, mature, self-directed professionals who are interested in growing in a dynamic team and making a difference.

Location and Unit availability is based off of hospital needs
? Additional Information on Emergency Nurse Internship Program
3 weeks of didactic and minimum 16 weeks of preceptorship
Guided clinical orientation to ensure up-to-date and comprehensive care knowledge
Shift: Interns will gain experience on both day and night shift before being assigned a permanent shift
Every other weekend requirement
Commitment: This is an hours-based commitment required for the internship program specifically to the unit of hire beginning at the end of completed preceptorship hours
These openings are limited and may not be available each cycle. Due to limited openings for these specialties, active RN license is strongly preferred before applying.
As a New Graduate RN, you will be automatically enrolled in our RN Residency Program.

✅ Qualifications
Active Florida or Compact RN License
6 months or less of licensed RN experience
Required: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
BLS Certification (AHA)
EKG Script test will be provided at the start of the internship program; you are required to pass within 2 attempts. Failure to do so will result in being released from the internship program.
