Schedule:
Full Time: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday. Overtime as needed.
*Position Summary: *
The Packaging Tech will perform various department functions that will assist in the timely testing and shipping, of parts and instruments, for internal and external customer orders. Including updating towers, verification of part and serial number. Performing duties accurately at a productive pace.
*Position Responsibilities: *
• Programming keys needed to test and ship instruments
• Requisitioning parts from stock
• Completing software and key work orders to keep these parts on hand and available
• Preparing parts that are stocked in 87Pack for pick up by Main Stock or Expediters
• Performing various routines and /or methodologies on instruments to verify equipment function
• Coordinating parts to be shipped with an instrument
• Preparing instruments for shipment
• Programming and configuring towers to cover requirements

*Position Requirements: *
• Basic computer skills operating in a Windows environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to stay focused, on task and work independently
• Comply with all department and company rules
