Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and surfaces; and sanitize restrooms.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Respond to special cleaning requests or emergencies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing attention.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating with team members.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
