This includes ensuring the ownership agreements are executed properly and within the established resort goal and company financial and sale guidelines. Additional responsibilities include providing the customer with a branded purchasing experience, assisting management with continually improving the working environment and procedural processes to achieve higher levels of quality performance Requirements: - Adhere to the Department Standards of Performance - MUST be a notary in USVI. - Proven wide range of administrative services (1 -3 years preferred) - Computer literate to include Microsoft Office - Excellent attention to detail - Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment - Title closing experiences a plus - Strong Customer Service Focus (3-5 years preferred) - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Sustain a professional demeanor at all times - Transition from low ::: ::: ::: ::: :::
