About The Role
As a Service Technician at Poll Sound, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal functioning of our products and providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Job Duties:
· Go on service calls
· Performs bench repairs
· Troubleshoot and repair a/v systems
· Perform preventative maintenance
· Programming DSP (Digital Sound Processor) and associated systems
Skills & Qualifications
· Valid Drivers License
· Able to pass a drug test and background check
· 3+ years prior experience in a service role
· Computer networking skills
· Effective communication with technicians and customers
· Self-motivated
· Organized, Honest, & Responsible
