Be the organizational backbone of our team. You will provide high-level clerical support that keeps our daily operations running smoothly, from precise document management to coordinating the essential meetings that align our staff.

- Communication Hub: You are the primary point of contact for departmental services, mail, and scheduling.
- Information Reliability: Your work in transcribing and record management ensures that departmental data is accurate and accessible.
What You'll Do
- Clerical Excellence: Transcribe, compose, and proofread professional correspondence, reports, and departmental documents.
- Meeting & Event Logistics: Organize and lead the planning for departmental activities, including the oversight of our biannual staff meetings.
- Data & Records Management: Maintain and update records across various systems to ensure total data integrity.
- Office Operations: Manage daily scheduling, handle incoming/outgoing mail, and oversee inventory to ensure supplies are always available.
- Support Functions: Provide general secretarial assistance to administrative staff and assist with basic reporting on department assets as needed.

Work Schedule
Monday thru Thursday 7:30-5:30, Friday from 8-5 with every other Friday off
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, or equivalent, plus two (2) years of specialized training provided through college, seminars, work-shops, in-service or on-the-job training;
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Environment
May be required to stay at or return to work during public health incidents and/or emergencies to perform duties specific to this classification or to perform other duties as requested in an assigned response position. This may require working a non-traditional work schedule or working outside normally assigned duties during the incident and/or emergency.
