As a Full-Time Warehouse Assistant Dispatcher at Viking Coca Cola, you will play a vital role in the daily order dispatching process using our cutting-edge ERP system. Your responsibilities will include confirming and reviewing orders to ensure complete accuracy before routing and pallet creation, as well as utilizing advanced routing software to plan and optimize delivery routes effectively. You'll create and organize pallet builds for our warehouse teams, develop and coordinate route schedules across all company branches, and work closely with the Dispatcher Manager to guarantee timely and precise dispatch operations. Effective communication will be key as you liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and management regarding order and route updates. Additionally, you’ll monitor dispatch data to identify discrepancies or potential issues, maintain organized records, and assist in troubleshooting any routing or order challenges as they arise, all while supporting our continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall routing efficiency and workflow.

To thrive as a Full-Time Warehouse Assistant Dispatcher at Viking Coca Cola, candidates should possess a strong foundation in logistics, ideally with 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations.
