Sevita Pediatric Occupational Therapist in St. Cloud, Minnesota

Pediatric Partners is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our collaborative, mission-driven pediatric team in St. Cloud, MN . This role offers a dynamic caseload, combining outpatient services at our clinic with in-house occupational therapy services at partnered ABA centers throughout the city.
What You’ll Do
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you’ll support children with a wide range of needs—including medically complex, developmental, and behavioral challenges—helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.
Current Caseload Structure:
Approximately 50% outpatient services at our clinic
Approximately 50% in-house services within 1–2 partnered ABA centers (subject to change based on caseload needs).
Travel within the city to ABA centers is required; mileage reimbursement is provided
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services in outpatient clinic settings and within partnered ABA centers
Travel locally to ABA clinics to deliver in-house OT services as well as within the traditional outpatient clinic setting.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on effective use
Complete timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries)
Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team
What You Bring
Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active North Dakota and/or Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date)
Passion for working with children and families
Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply . We provide mentorship and support to help you grow.
