We are seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Care Workers to join our team. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve by promoting independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
Direct Care Staff duties include:
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including eating, toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring and mobility support, unskilled wound care, and medication management.
Supporting residents with physical, recreational, and social activities.
Performing light housekeeping: daily laundry, sweeping and general cleaning, and sanitizing equipment, bathrooms, and durable medical equipment.
Participating in safety procedures such as fire and emergency drills and other safety-related training.
Basic meal preparation and serving dinner (afternoon shift).
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification (preferred but not required)
Reliable, patient, and compassionate
Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical duties
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must pass background check and drug screenings
Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform regular movement and assistance tasks throughout the shift.
Available Shifts
We offer 24/7 staffing with the following schedule:
Day Shift: 7:00 am -- 3:00 pm (Two staff members)
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 pm -- 11:00 pm (Two staff members)
Night Shift: 11:00 pm -- 7:00 am (One staff member)
