Job Title: Electronics Assembly Technician
Job Description
This role focuses on assembling and wiring small, intricate components for advanced robotic systems. You will work with circuit boards, hand tools, and power tools to build, test, mask, and coat electronic assemblies according to detailed blueprints and quality standards. Your work will directly contribute to the performance and reliability of the final robotic products.
Responsibilities
Wire small and intricate parts into robotic assemblies with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
Assemble electronic and mechanical components by hand, following written instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
Read and interpret blueprints to correctly place parts on circuit boards and other assemblies in an offline production environment.
Perform electronic assembly tasks such as soldering, wiring, and component installation on circuit boards and related hardware.
Essential Skills
Experience in production or manufacturing environments, including assembly line work.
Hands-on assembly experience using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow detailed assembly instructions.

The team consists of around 60 full-time employees, fostering a family-oriented culture where people know and support each other. The typical dress code is casual, including jeans, t-shirts, and tennis shoes, allowing you to work comfortably while handling detailed assembly tasks. Work involves using hand tools, power tools, and electronic assembly equipment in a production and assembly-line setting, with a strong emphasis on precision, quality, and teamwork.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St Charles, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $14.68 - $18.53/hr.
