Actalent Automation Technician in St. Charles, Illinois
Description
•Set up, commission, and validate robotic and automated manufacturing systems
•Authorize temporary inspection approval
•Monitor automated production runs to
•Obtain and document full inspection and quality approvals
•Evaluate, recommend, and implement new automation technologies and applications
•Optimize existing automation systems
•Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting
•Support the implementation of new manufacturing processes
•Maintain accurate records and documentation
•Perform minor mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic repairs
•Escalate technical issues appropriately
•Participate in cross functional problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives
•Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
•Consistently wear and enforce the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE)
•Demonstrate accountability for the professional and safe use of time, equipment, machinery, and tools
•Support and actively participate in self directed work teams,

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $77000.00/yr.
