Temporary position from 01/16/2026 to 09/30/2026 North Dakota Job Order 40 hours/week 18.98/hour Employees will operate equipment with towed feeder wagon implements designated for feeding cattle. They will observe cattle for sicknesses and treat them if needed. They will grind feed, vaccinate, brand, and tag the ears of the animals. Assist with calving the herd and care for newborns. Check pens for water, cleanliness, and health conditions of the animals. In the spring months, workers will prepare the tractors and machinery for fields ready to cut, rake, and bale forage for the livestock in the winter months. Routine maintenance will be required for existing fences, machinery, grounds, and structures. Must be able to work independently after being given instructions. Must be honest and ambitious. Must be able to lift 60 pounds. Employees must speak, read, write, and understand English for record-keeping and for safety reasons. Cell phones are limited to business calls only. No Texting. No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours. Must have a current driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 30 days. Workers must have three months of tractor driving with computerized monitors experience, and cattle experience is a must. Must be able to lift 60 pounds. Must have a current and insurable drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days. Must be able to speak, understand and read English for daily record keeping and safety reasons. Cell phones are limited to business calls only. No Texting. No smoking in vehicles, equipment, or housing. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours. Must be capable of lifting 60 lbs. No education level is required. Workers must have three months of tractor driving with towed feeder wagons and computerized monitors, and cattle experience is a must.
