Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops a consolidated ‘EMIA MSAs and Frameworks Plan’, in a standardized format, covering all geographies, End Markets and product/service types, and being both descriptive and quantitative.
Pro-actively works with the Opportunities and Pipeline Lead to ‘mine’ existing MSAs and Framework Contracts, targeting opportunities that have the greatest impact on sales and profit growth.
Works with the Strategic Planning Lead to concentrate on MSAs and Frameworks that take the EMIA business in the desired direction, as well as targeting shorter term opportunities.
Engages with and through the End Markets and KAM leads to identify and convert growth MSA and Framework Contract opportunities, encouraging and promoting the ‘mining’ of MSAs and Framework Contracts as a way of improving our return on sales costs and building relationships with this important category of clients.
Reports monthly on progress made against the ‘EMIA MSAs and Frameworks Plan’, identifying near-term opportunities as well as sales achieved.
Engages thoughtfully and respectfully with all relevant EMIA business leaders, including End Market, KAM and Geography leaders; gaining their support and taking their input.
Works effectively with colleagues in the EMIA Strategy and Growth Group where interfaces exist with Strategic Planning, Marketing and Communications, Opportunities and Pipeline and Work Winning.
Performs and promotes the leadership behaviors enshrined in the EMIA Leadership Commitment (when agreed), acting as a role model and sharing knowledge across the business.
Finds opportunities to assist, encourage and advise junior and mid-career staff with their own career development, as well as looking for self-development in the conduct of the role.
Qualifications
Management experience - either in sales or business development.
A related Bachelor's degree.
Additional Information
