Job Description

How you will contribute:

  • Accountable and responsibleforLinePerformance in SQCDSM parameterswith strong HPWS & Il6S ways of working

  • Drivethe Line level PDCA by leading the loss eradication& people capability building

  • Accountable for Line IL6S progressionand hence delivery of KPIas per masterplan

Key responsibilities :

Safety, Quality & Compliance

  • Drive thezero-mindset culture and execution excellence inQuality & Safety

  • Leading the risk assessment and reducing the high RRNas well ensuring strong behaviour safety culture at floor

  • Ensure CTP & CTQ aremetand actions arebeingtoimprovedfurther

  • Ensuring implementation on appropriateQM policiesand CAPA to improve further

  • Ensure all change management iscomplied withHealth, Science & EnvironmentQuality aspects as well other stake holder

  • Ensure Best in class standards of 5S, GMP & visualisation at line

  • Ensure adherence with applicable compliances at line

Delivery & Cost

  • Responsible for deliveryof CTS and GE hence volumecommitmentbyeliminatingthe unplanned losses

  • Drive Loss Analysis & eradication in sustainable way at line to drive the BIC MCC and its cost elements like Yield, DVE, DVL & other fixed cost

  • Prepare and own thebudget(part of AC) for the lines along with key stakeholders

  • Drive the execution excellence in operation, process & maintenance by ensuring effectiveness of all relevant SWP from AM, PM, QM & other pillar

  • Responsible for driving the LinePDCA(Plan, Do, Check & Act) toeliminatethe losses by execution of IL6S wow

  • Accountable for Process and Equipment reliabilities to achieve line performances

  • Closelyworkwith PPIC team for production plan, raw and packaging material availability

  • Developoverall linemaster plan to ensure the production line capacity is capable to deliver demand volume for next 6-12 months.

Growth

  • Work on short- and long-term opportunities & actionsto debottleneck, ease of operation, smart automation to improve asset utilization& Net productivity

  • Lead the VSU team for small or big interventionslike capacity expansion, recipechangesor NPDon lineensuring all KPIsof interventionareachieved with effective cross functionalteam work

  • Early involvement in newproject,product,processor equipmentdesign phase to providethe MP database, Design FMEA inputs to ensureVSU

  • Supportingeffectivechange management process at line in line with IIM pillar guidelines

People Leadership & Operation Excellence

  • Demonstratestrong people leadership at shop floorthroughcoaching,mentoring &guidingand enabling them to become self-managed teamwith required skill set & capabilities

  • Work as custodian of HPWS culture with strong capability and team development as core

  • Lead the DMS & PDCA for the line to keepactions inalignment with Line masterplan &line deliverables

  • Drive the line Digital & automationinitiativesto improve efficiencies in operation & improvement in people efficiencies

  • Lead theDMS andSWP owned effectivelyto contribute over all site progression

What you will Bring

  • Bachelordegree or equivalent- related with Engineer (EE, ME, IE, ElectronicsEngineer, FoodTech etc.)

  • Strong people leadership& business acumen shipskills

  • Well versed inBudgeting,cost& lossanalysis, Strategic planning, Resource allocation

  • Intermediate level ofskill qualification in HS&E, QCMS, Goods Manufacturing Practices (GMP),

  • Minimum of 5 years ofexperience inchocolateprocess,Digital wow&design thinking

  • Qualifiedhigh levelin IL6S skill or TPM
