Operates | | | | heavy equipment and | | | | hand tools. Maintains | | | | required | | | | certifications in | | | | sewer/storm water | | | | collections. | | +-----------------------+-----------------------+-----------------------+ | Duties: | - Leads in the safe | | | | removal of storm | | | | water and sewer | | | | blockages and | | | | follows a | | | | preventative | | | | maintenance | | | | program. | | | | - Leads with the | | | | installation | | | | and/or repair of | | | | the storm water | | | | and sewer | | | | pipelines and | | | | related | | | | structures. | | | - Operates JET-VAC | | | | combo truck, | | | | sweeper, CCTV | | | | equipment, | | | | backhoe, loader, | | | | skid steer, dump | | | | trucks, and other | | | | various heavy | | | | equipment and | | | | hand tools. | | | | - Maintains and | | | | lubricates | | | | automotive and | | | | field equipment. | | | | Makes minor | | | | repairs as | | | | needed. | | | | - Leads in the | | | | setup and | | | | execution of | | | | traffic control | | | | devices. | | | | - Leads with the | | | | inspection of the | | | | storm water and | | | | sewer collection | | | | systems with the | | | | use of CCTV | | | | equipment. | | | | - Leads the | | | | cleaning, | | | | maintenance, | | | | operation, | | | | construction, and | | | | restoration of | | | | the storm water | | | | and sewer | | | | collection | | | | systems as | | | | directed. | | | | - Responds to | | | | customer | | | | requests. | | | | - Understands | | | | operations of | | | | flood irrigation. | | | | May be required | | | | to work weekend | | | | and holidays | | | | during irrigation | | | | schedule. | | | | - Responds to | | | | emergency calls | | | | on a 24-hour |
