Systems Administration/Data Visualization Developer (Tableau / Release Train Management)]

Bring your data visualization expertise to a mission that matters. We’re seeking a Data Visualization expert to oversee and optimize the daily operations of business systems—centered around Tableau—to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and Manage: Engineer and manage complex visualizations and dashboards using multiple data sources

• Optimize Performance: Ensure efficient system operation, manage resources, and plan for capacity to support mission and enterprise needs.

• Empower Users: Provide hands-on support to users—helping them access, interpret, and leverage dashboards to enhance visibility across projects.

• Integrate and Innovate: Partner with Government teams to ensure Release Train Management and system status visualization tools are accurate, complete, and compliant with policies.

• Drive Accountability: Track and report corrective actions, proactively notifying leadership of overdue or delinquent tasks.

• Deliver Insights: Develop Tableau products that visualize progress across project, program, and agency levels—capturing multiple release trains and cadence schedules.

• Support Leadership: Produce compelling graphics and integrated delivery schedules for leadership briefings, PMRs, and MSA reports.

• Guide Teams: Collaborate at the management level, offering strategic direction and mentorship to Release Train Management (RTM) teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data visualization, system management, or business systems operations and EXPERT Tableau experience .

• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy, collaboration, and visual storytelling.

Location:

• Springfield, VA (Nice new office) might have an option for Chantilly location

Clearance:

• Must have an active TS/SCI eligibility
