WorkSource Oregon Construction Services Manager in Springfield, Oregon
Plan, direct, and coordinate all phases of affordable housing construction and rehabilitation projects for a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping low-income individuals, families, and communities achieve financial stability. Responsibilities include overseeing project budgets, schedules, and quality standards; coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and community partners; ensuring compliance with safety codes, building regulations, and funding requirements; and supervising construction staff and subcontractors through installation of infrastructure and subdivision requirements and various methods of vertical construction. The Construction Manager will also monitor progress, resolve site issues, and implement cost-effective practices to deliver safe, durable, and sustainable housing. \$155,917.00 per year. Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, plus 24 months of experience in job offered or as Director of Construction or related construction management position. Approximately 40% of travel required to in-state construction sites.
