Pay & Schedule
- Starting at $19/hour+ (based on experience)
- Full-time opportunities available
- Overtime may be offered

Job Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel and/or aluminum components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Use measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and calipers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Welding certifications are a plus, but not required
