QPS Regional Sales Manager in Springfield, Missouri
Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support a growing organization specializing in stainless steel tanks, systems, and processing solutions. This is a sales expansion role, created to establish a dedicated sales function as the company continues to scale.
This position will work closely with Estimating, Engineering, and Operations to drive new business, develop long-term customer relationships, and support project execution from concept through completion. This is a high-impact opportunity with significant earning potential for a motivated sales professional with industry-specific expertise.
Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth - Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company capabilities and goals - Manage sales activities within an assigned region or territory - Collaborate cross-functionally with Estimating, Engineering, Operations, and Contracts teams to develop proposals and solutions - Prepare, review, and track quotations, ensuring alignment with company standards and contract terms - Support contract review processes, including terms, conditions, and commercial documentation - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems - Participate in annual budgeting and marketing planning alongside leadership - Assist operations and project management teams with customer communication and project support - Conduct site visits and job walkthroughs to gather information for estimating and execution - Lead or support procurement and subcontractor scope development during the sales process - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence - Prepare and communicate detailed sales reports, including customer visits and trip summaries
