Position Title Work-Study - Student Worker School of Mental Health & Behavioral Science

Hiring Range $16.00 an hour

Sponsorship Information

Applicants must be currently authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

Department/Employer Operating Hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

How many hours per week are required? 7-10

Description of Primary Duties

Assist with tracking and maintaining program data in spreadsheets or databases

Enter, update, and verify data for accuracy

Help organize files, records, and documentation

Support coordinators with reports and basic data summaries

Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Communicate updates and flag discrepancies or missing information

Required Qualifications

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented student worker to assist program coordinators with data tracking, organization, and general administrative support. This role is ideal for a student who is organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets, and interested in gaining experience in program operations and data management.
