The Program Compliance Coordinator contributes to our mission by training staff and other regional providers on compliance with program regulations; conducting audits; and supporting management in ensuring the successful delivery of shelter services. The Program Compliance Coordinator contributes to our mission by training staff and other regional providers on compliance with program regulations; conducting audits; and supporting management in ensuring the successful delivery of shelter services. The candidate will work in a hybrid-remote manner as appropriate to the needs of the department. Responsibilities include: Conduct audits in accordance with policy to ensure compliance with state, federal, and program requirements Maintain data and database systems to track performance and findings; report to management Educate and advise staff, landlords, tenants, and stakeholders on policies, procedures, regulations, community concerns, and issues Collect, maintain, and analyze data to determine compliance with regulations, policies, and rules Respond to requests for information from auditors, other agency departments, or funding sources Develop and provide effective trainings for staff and regional providers as it relates to assigned programs; provide, review, update, and process placement packets to maximize success Proactively assist in the research, resolution, and updating of appropriate program-related software issues Provide support and direction to management in analyze staff performance of assigned duties and resolution of matters of a more complex nature Serve as backup for Residential Support Specialist as assigned and appropriate Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal staff and departments, owners, landlords, community groups, funding sources, and stakeholders Proactively identify and inform supervisor/leadership of any issues that may adversely affect the department or organization Requirements include: * 3 years\' progressively responsible experience in housing, social services, advocacy, or a related role; a combination of experience plus an Associate degree may be a substitute * 1 year in a supervisory or lead role * Adept with Microsoft Suite applications, and comfort learning new technologies; ability to provide dynamic reports and analyze data to recommend process improvements * Excellent customer service skills * Clear, effective, and timely communication skills across all levels of internal staff, clients, and constituents, including in group settings * Bilingual (Spanish/English) written and verbal skills appreciated but not required * Ability to organize and prioritize * Valid driver?s license with acceptable driving record; reliable vehicle * CORI
