Key Responsibilities:

· Weekly Orientation: Conduct informative and engaging weekly orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our company culture, policies, and procedures.

· Customer Service Focus: Provide exceptional customer service to all employees, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

· Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.

· HR Policies: Promote and enforce company HR policies and procedures to ensure a harmonious and compliant workplace.

· Reporting: Generate and maintain HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Associates' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a Human Resource support role, Customer Services or higher level Administrative Assistant role in a high volume, highly confidential work environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

.· Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Hourly Pay Range: $21.52 - $32.28
