Description:
Position Purpose
Receives, checks and stocks all incoming supplies. Inventories, puts up and distributes supplies, equipment, and mail.
What you will do
Properly identify and mark all patient charge items using stickers or cards
Deliver medical surgical supplies, on demand supplies and STATs as assigned
Keep accurate records on all storeroom transactions for which he/she may be responsible
Accurately inventory all assigned areas and commodities to maintain established par levels
Monitor supplies in various nursing departments
Ensure rotation of stock in all assigned departments and the storeroom
Transport supplies, mail etc. between and within both facilities
Minimum Qualifications
High school or GED equivalent for regularly scheduled positions
One year storeroom or related experience
Must be able to communicate in English
Ability to operate all appropriate material handling equipment and use, or learn to use, the department's computerized system
Position Highlights and Benefits
Full time 40hrs M-F days

Pay Range: $17.50 - 23.00
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
