EVS Supervisor THE JOB: As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you\'ll play a pivotal role using your leadership skills by managing a dedicated team, conducting daily inspections, and ensuring the highest cleanliness standards throughout the property. You\'ll help provide a welcoming and pristine environment for all guests. If you\'re passionate about hospitality and ready to make a difference, we want you on our vibrant team! THE DAY-TO-DAY: Supervise a team of Environmental Services (EVS) employees, including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training. Address employee questions and guest concerns to ensure adherence to department procedures and service standards. Provide direction and support to achieve high cleanliness standards in the casino, public areas, offices, and other required spaces. Conduct daily inspections, briefings, and team updates; meet with employees for training and compliance needs. Prepare end-of-shift reports and manage any property maintenance issues with facilities. Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service. Assist with administrative and operational functions in collaboration with department leadership.
