We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to help individuals on the road to recovery as part of BHN\'s Carlson Recovery Center program. This role is best for licensed providers experienced in working with the addiction recovery population and seek an intensive environment to make a strong impact. A 24-hour multidisciplinary team provides acute treatment and detoxification services As the Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee high-quality clinical programming, service coordination, and milieu management at the Carlson Recovery Center program. Responsibilities include: Encouraging independence, competence, decision-making, and empowerment with their supervisees and the individuals in our care. Assigning clinical caseloads & overseeing caseload management for Counselor-Case Managers. Overseeing group schedule and psycho-educational groups, facilitating when needed. Providing individual & group clinical supervision to Counselor-Case Managers. Providing effective ongoing evaluation of supervisees, completing performance evaluations, and instituting appropriate discipline, as needed. Identifying staffing needs, recruiting, screening, and hiring program staff. Overseeing the accurate & timely completion of clinical documentation, including comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, group notes, aftercare planning, and discharge summaries. Ensuring that clinical documentation complies with requirements of BHN, DPH, and other licensing and funding sources. Maintaining program wait list and conducting pre-admission assessments to determine program eligibility. Serving as a liaison with other BHN programs, funding sources, and within the community. Participating in supervisory on-call rotation with program management. What You\'ll Need: Commitment to empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration for individuals served (required). Master\'s Degree in a human services-related field (required). Clinical licensure (required). At least three years of experience in substance use treatment environment (required). At least one year of supervisory experience providing clinical supervision to interdisciplinary teams (required). Experience working with substance use and mental health diagnoses (required). Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Addiction Services regulations (required). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work within a team setting. Participation in on-call rotation (required). Pay Range: \$65,000-\$84,500 Available Schedules: Full Time: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm + participation in on-call rotation Qualifications Experience Required 1 year: At least one year of supervisory experience providing clinical supervision to interdisciplinary teams (required). 3 years: At least three years of experience in substance use treatment environment (required).
