In this role you will:
Prepare specifications, bid documents, and procurement packages for T&D capital projects and service contracts in compliance with City and state requirements.\ Coordinate engineering, construction, operations, and contractors to ensure alignment with project scope, safety standards, and timelines.\ Administer contracts, including negotiation support, change order review, performance monitoring, and compliance documentation.\ Manage project schedules, budgets, reporting, and grant or GIA compliance to ensure on-time delivery and fiscal accountability.
