Essential Functions
- Provides secretarial and complex office support functions for the technical and professional staff of the Office of Environmental Justice.
- Serves as front-line support for the Office of Environmental Justice by responding to inquiries from the public and agency personnel.
- Conducts database and website queries to retrieve and analyze information, generates metrics, and reports, and provides comprehensive administrative and office support.
- Maintains current knowledge of policies, procedures, and emerging technologies impacting the Office of Environmental Justice. Evaluates and determines efficient work methods and processes to complete assignments and improve operational effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of duties.
