The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and energetic individual to serve as SCR PCU Office Associate. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is detail oriented and interested in playing a supporting role in the Departments call operations.
- Serves as Production Control Unit Worker/Chicago Public Schools
- Performs background checks in a timely manner to ensure compliance with expedited service requirements outlined in the interagency agreement with Chicago Public Schools
- Tracks, verifies, and maintains logs of pending and completed Chicago Public Schools background checks
- Prepares and keyboards correspondence and form letters, responding to inquiries requiring knowledge of agency rules and procedures
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
