Pay:\$18.00 - \$22.00 per hour
Job description:
We are currently hiring aLandscape/Maintenance Crew Memberto join our team inSpringfield, IL. This role involves a variety of outdoor tasks focused on maintaining and improving residential and commercial landscapes. Responsibilities
- Hardscaping - patios, retaining walls, paver edging, etc
- Hedge trimming and shrub shaping
- Mulching and decorative rock installation
- Planting trees, shrubs, and seasonal flowers
- Seasonal cleanups (spring & fall)
- Gutter cleaning and pressure washing
- Weeding
- Loading/unloading tools, supplies, and materials each day
- Operating small machinery and power tools safely
- Following directions from crew leader and working efficiently with team members
Requirements
- Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred, but not required we will train the right candidate!
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons
- Valid drivers license is preferred (required for crew leader or driver positions)
- Dependable, on time, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and with a team
