We are seeking an experienced EHS Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of standardized EHS programs for Oracle offices and data centers.

This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and continuously improving EHS standards, policies, and procedures that support safe and compliant operations across a diverse portfolio of facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in EHS regulatory requirements and program development, with the ability to translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Key focus areas include Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Arc Flash, contractor safety, ergonomics, material handling, indoor environmental quality, and heat management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with regional EHS, Facilities, and Data Center Operations teams to:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized EHS programs, policies, and procedures across offices and data centers

  • Ensure alignment of EHS programs with regulatory requirements and industry best practice

  • Establish global and regional EHS standards to support consistent implementation

Lead the development and governance of EHS program documentation:

  • Create and maintain standards, procedures, and guidance documents

  • Drive document control, versioning, and accessibility across teams

  • Translate regulatory and technical requirements into practical operational procedures

Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation:

  • Support sites in adopting and applying EHS standards

  • Provide technical guidance on EHS requirements and risk mitigation strategies

  • Align programs across regions to ensure consistency while allowing for local regulatory differences

Monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement:

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for program enhancements

  • Incorporate lessons learned, audit findings, and incident data into program updates

Support audit and compliance readiness:

  • Ensure programs are structured to meet regulatory and internal audit requirements

  • Participate in audits and support corrective action development

Develop and support EHS training programs:

  • Define training requirements aligned with EHS standards

  • Partner with teams to deliver and maintain training content

Foster a culture of safety through clear communication, engagement, and leadership in EHS program development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of EHS experience, with a focus on program development, standards, and policy implementation

  • Experience developing EHS programs for office, industrial, or mission-critical environments (e.g., data centers)

  • Expertise in key safety areas: Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash, ergonomics, material handling, indoor environmental quality, and heat stress

  • Experience with EHS management systems, auditing processes, and performance tracking tools

  • Strong program management and documentation skills

  • BA/BS in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering/Management, Industrial Hygiene, or related field

  • ASP, CSP, CIH or similar certifications preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail
