Dodge is seeking a Content Data Validation Analyst to join our team! The Analyst ensures the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of Dodge Construction Network’s project reporting data. This is a detail-oriented, analytical role centered on systematic review and validation of structured construction project records, conducted primarily through desk-based research and data analysis.
The Analyst will conduct structured reviews of Dodge Reports, assess data against established quality standards, identify patterns of error or incompleteness, and work collaboratively with Data Stewards, Content Managers, and Operational Leadership to drive continuous improvement in data quality. In limited instances, outreach to industry professionals may be used to resolve specific data discrepancies that cannot be addressed through available records alone.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Operational Performance Management.
Preferred Location
This is a remote, home-office based role and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered
For this position, there is a preference to hire in Eastern Time Zone, however candidates in the other time zones may be considered
Travel Requirements
Expected travel is minimal for this role.
Essential Functions
Conduct systematic reviews of construction project records to assess accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established data standards
Evaluate sampled Dodge Reports — structured records containing detailed information on construction projects — to ensure data reflected on the report aligns with available source data
Identify data gaps, recurring errors, and patterns that indicate process or workflow issues
Analyze audit findings and translate results into clear, actionable feedback for Data Stewards and managers
Maintain detailed documentation of review findings and contribute to data quality scorecards and reporting
Collaborate with the Governance Team to refine validation criteria and improve data governance frameworks
Support process calibration and QA initiatives to drive consistent performance across the Content organization
On occasion, follow up via email or phone with project participants (architects, contractors, etc.) when targeted outreach is the most efficient path to resolving a specific data discrepancy
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data management, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills
2+ years of experience in data quality review, content QA, research validation, or operational data analysis — or equivalent demonstrated experience in a role requiring rigorous attention to data accuracy and structured record review — preferably in construction, media, research, or SaaS environments
Strong analytical skills and rigorous attention to detail; ability to spot inconsistencies and errors in structured datasets
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working within data review or content management tools
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document findings and present recommendations
Ability to calculate and interpret quality metrics such as error rates, completion rates, and accuracy scores
Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Experience working within content management systems, CRMs, or research databases (Salesforce, Oracle, or similar)
