SPRINGDALE TOWN Parks Maintenance Operator in SPRINGDALE, Utah
Seeking a part-time seasonal Parks Maintenance Operator to join the Springdale Parks and Recreation Department. All qualified applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or G.E.D., and hold a valid Utah driver's license. The role may include working on holidays, during special events, and on weekends. This part-time seasonal position will run until October 1, 2026, and is limited to 24 hours per week.
Summary:
Under the direction of the Parks and Recreation Director, this position coordinates and performs a variety of working-level, semi-skilled duties related to the construction, installation, maintenance, upkeep, and repair of facilities, cemeteries, parks, grounds, and general environs. Parks Maintenance employees operate various equipment, including trucks, lawnmowers, loaders, and backhoes. The position maintains turf, landscaped areas, park facilities, and cemeteries.
