Overview
We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented Data & Analytics Intern to support our team in turning data into actionable insights. In this role, you’ll work with real client data, help analyze marketing performance, and contribute to reporting and measurement efforts across channels. This is a hands-on opportunity to build foundational skills in data analysis, campaign optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced agency environment.
This role is hybrid, with interns expected to work onsite at our Springdale office 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports for clients
Support data collection, cleaning, organization, and validation processes
Work with large datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights
Help analyze and optimize marketing campaigns using performance metrics
Contribute to building a strong measurement framework across channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in:
Business Analytics, Informatics, Marketing, Economics, I/O Psychology, or related field
Strong interest in data analysis, consumer insights, and marketing performance
Ability to think critically and translate data into meaningful insights
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Technical Skills
Excel (Intermediate required): Pivot Tables, IF Statements, SUMIFS, Calculated Fields
PowerPoint: Slide formatting, image adjustments, table creation, and chart visualization
Solid understanding of the Data Lifecycle (collection, cleaning, storage, analysis, reporting)
Preferred Skills
Data visualization or dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau)
Experience with SQL, Python, or R
Familiarity with marketing measurement and campaign performance analysis
Exposure to web or mobile analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)

Compensation Range: $20/hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
