Job Description
The IT Administrator will play a key support role within a healthcare environment, assisting with administrative tasks related to clinician documentation while also providing hands‑on, entry‑level IT support. This position supports daily operations by ensuring records are organized and technology equipment is properly set up, connected, and functioning.
Responsibilities
Organize, file, and maintain accurate paperwork and records for clinicians.
Set up and configure equipment including laptops, power strips, printers, and related peripherals.
Ensure all devices are properly connected and operational.
Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues, including Wi‑Fi and MiFi.
Connect laptops to MiFi devices and resolve AnyConnect connection issues.
Install, maintain, and provide basic support for printers and office equipment.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong data entry and administrative support skills.
Ability to troubleshoot basic IT and connectivity issues while providing excellent customer service.
1–3 years of experience in a basic IT support or IT administrative role.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a front desk, clerical, healthcare, or medical office setting.
Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
Work Environment & Schedule
This role is based in a fast‑paced healthcare environment and is primarily in‑office.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00/6:00 PM (in‑office)
After six months and upon permanent employment, the schedule may shift to 3:00 PM–12:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Every 4–6 weeks: remote Saturday shift from 6:00 PM–12:00 AM (Friday off that week)
Monthly in‑office Sunday shift from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring Valley, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
