OverviewUnder general supervision, performs a variety of duties in the Facilities Department.ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities * Performs general maintenance of buildings. * Operates minor hand and power tools and performs general maintenance of such. * Maintains grounds as assigned with manual and powered landscaping equipment and performs general maintenance on such. * Performs snow/ice removal with manual and powered snow/ice removal equipment and performs general maintenance on such. * Performs basic lighting and wiring tasks. * Performs basic plumbing and pipefitting tasks. * Performs basic carpentry tasks. * Performs basic troubleshooting on heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. * Performs basic PC-based functions to access, retrieve, enter and/or verify job-related information. * Assists other employees as necessary. * Performs other related duties as required. * Ensures that Company safety, health, and environmental practices are followed as required.QualificationsRequired Education/Experience * High School Diploma/GEDRelevant Work Experience * Must pass written and practical Predictive Testing (entry level). Required * Must be capable of learning and performing computer system data entry. Required * Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office. Required * Must be able to instruct employees assisting on the same work. Required * Must be in sound physical condition and be able to lift materials. Required * Possession of the qualities of neatness, cleanliness, and orderliness in the workplace and in person.
